## What I do

**Advice.** I look at how your company works, and together we find a process that is better handed to a language model than left to smother human creativity. I always focus on one process, the one whose automation will really make a difference.

**Private AI on your own servers.** Models and agents that run on hardware you own. Your data does not leave the company. And the unease about unpredictable geopolitical shifts goes away.

**Visibility in search and AI answers.** I will get your company exactly where I would want my own to be. Drawing on experience, I will help you show up better in search engines, in specialist directories and in the answers of AI chatbots. In short, I will put you in front of the customers and partners you are looking for.

**Talks and workshops.** On private AI, on new ways to use it, and on how one person with AI can do work that used to take a team.

## About

I live in Prague. [I sell IT](https://www.aricoma.com/) to mid-sized companies in the Czech regions, so I spend my days with the people who make technology decisions in ordinary businesses. As a consultant, though, I represent no vendor and no one sponsors me, so I always recommend what is best for you. With my co-founder and CTO I am [building BeWinged](https://www.bewinged.io/), a tool on which student pilots practise radio communication with an AI controller. The idea came from my own pilot training. Its first users are testing it now.
